Data Subject Rights
We are able to process the following:
Disclose - data we hold relating to you
Stop – any further use of your data
Erase – any data that we hold relating to you
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, describing the details of what you require. Please state in the Subject of the mail: Disclose, Stop or Erase so we are clear of your request.
We use this approach rather than a web form so that we can confirm that you are the individual that is instructing us to exercise your right. This is so that we can avoid other individuals using your details fraudulently.
When we have collated all the data that we hold on you, we will securely send you the data, at most within 30 days. If there is any reason for a delay in providing you with your data, we will notify you as soon as possible. When we send you your data, we will inform you of the other rights that you have that relate to your data.
We will stop processing any data that we control that relates to you from one working day of receiving your email instruction until the time when we have carried out your instruction. During this time, we may need to contact you if we need any clarification.
If you want us to stop communicating with you, please consider opting out of communications with us instead of asking us to erase your data. You can access a page which facilitates this by clicking here [Insert a link to the Unsubscribe web page].
